Ante & Post natal educational exercise programmes for a fitter and healthier pregnancy

Research has shown that women who exercise to the recommended levels experience easier labour and a
quicker recovery post birth. However, only 15% of women take enough exercise often because they are unsure of
what to do during and after pregnancy.

Fitback and Bumps exercise classes help fill this gap.

The classes are Physiotherapist led and involve 15 minutes of education and 45 minutes of low intensity exercise and help provide motivation to stay fit during and after your pregnancy and to make new friends!

Antenatal classes:
You must be between 12 and 30 weeks into your Pregnancy to attend.

Postnatal classes:
Following clearance by your GP at your 6 week review you can attend.
